Getting started

To begin the setup of your Virtual Terminal and/or integration to your payment page, you will be contacted by the technical team at Elavon Payment Gateway.
Remember, transactions that are processed through 3D Secure can still be disputed under chargeback for reasons other than fraud.

As a new customer, your business is automatically enrolled to Secured by Elavon. This enables you to get your business certified and be compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

1. Register at elavonsecuritymanager.com You’ll receive two login emails from Secured by Elavon with your username and password for registration.
   
2. Once registered, you'll be guided through the compliance validation process to achieve certification straight away (certainly no later than 90 days from the date your account is opened) to avoid the PCI non-compliance fee.

Display your company logo on the terminal and till receipt to promote your brand: it's all included in the service we offer. 

This can be done quickly and easily by sending your logo to the email below.

Reciept logo

For a receipt logo, the specs are:

• 384 pixels (width)
• 128 pixels (height)
• 1 bit per pixel (pure black and white, no greyscale) and must have .bmp extension 

Screen logo

For a screen logo, the specs are:

(a) Colour

• Move/5000, Desk/5000 Screen logo dimensions = 320 pixels (width) x 430 pixels (height)

    Bitmap (.bmp) file

• iCT250 desktop: screen logo dimensions = 320 x 184 pixels

(*320 x 240 in the multiple-image case, i.e. for rolling screensaver, covers the top bar)

• iWL250: screen logo dimensions = 320 x 184 pixels 

(b) Mono

• iCT220 desktop: screen logo dimensions = 128 x 44 pixels
• iWL220: screen logo dimensions = 128 x 44 pixels
